Christmas Aftermath

Cliff, John, and I decided to make a little hill for the little kids to slide down. It was a lot of work and not much fun without a proper sled. We tried to go and get sleds at the stores but they were all sold out. So instead we went to the Newman's (John's mission companion) and really went sledding. It was freezing cold but a lot more fun.

Lela and Maika. Maika loved it until all the snow got kicked up in his face from Lela's feet and his face started to freeze.

This is actually the first time the kids have ever been sledding. It rained in Shelton too much for the snow to last on any of the hills. They had a blast and came in when they were totally frozen and ready for soup and hot chocolate to warm them up.
John filmed the kids taking their turn down the hill after they made a little jump at the end. Most of them were of Tealani, but he did get a couple of Wyatt so here is one of them.

I guess Tealani was getting some good air time and here's one of the many he filmed of her. Jackson Newman follows soon after.
