Memorial Day

Boy am I behind! For Memorial Day our friends, the McGee's, came over from Shelton so they could enjoy some nice sunny weather and what a beautiful weekend it was. It was really hot so we took the kids down to the park to enjoy the fountains. We also prepared for the weekend and summer, getting a pool. That thins is the best investment ever. The kids spend hours in there. The weekend was great, and fun to hang out with friends again.


It was so hot they thought they needed to cool themselves down with snowcones. I guess the water fountains just weren't good enough

Working hard or hardly working? Of course they had to go golfing while we took the kids to the park (I don't know how they golf in such unbearable heat), so we put them to work BBQing our dinner. Great way to end the day.
