Wyatt 1 year-Hawaii
14...I cannot believe we have a 14 year old running around the house. It makes me feel like we are now a part of the "older" crowd in church. We are no longer the family with the young 'uns anymore even if we did adopt a newborn. Nope, Wyatt has officially boosted us into the upper or should I say older echelon of our ward society.
Anyway...Wyatt is a great kid. Has always been. He starts high school this year. I'm excited for him. He gets to go to his first stake dance this weekend. People call me crazy 'cuz that just opens up a whole new can of worms, but I couldn't be more thrilled!
Well, it was a lame birthday for him. Things were so hectic around his birthday that we didn't do much. We took him out to Red Robin for his birthday lunch and we gave him an itouch (still not sure if that wasn't the biggest mistake ever...seems like he's always got those things in his ears) but I have yet to make his birthday pie. Soon I suppose...but he's happy with what he got...thank goodness.
