This Christmas was a very special Christmas for us with the sealing of Kekoa to our family. Unfortunately or fortunately it was a very sparse Christmas gift wise for the kids and John and I decided to forego our presents to each other too...with fixing the van and a few other things that required too much of our budget. BUT it's the kind of Christmas where we can teach our children that it doesn't matter what gifts they get...and you know what?! I think they got it this year. They were happy with the one big gift they all had to share and even with the underwear they got in their stockings (Yes, I'm one of those moms). They were truly grateful for what they got and I was so thankful that they were happy. Of course Wyatt expresses his happiness in other ways...
it doesn't have to be with a smile does it?
Kekoa was determined to get that paper off so he could eat it.
The funny thing is that he was grunting while trying to get it off, and was concentrating so very hard.
This was Santa's gift to him and he absolutely LOVES it.
This star is the first thing he attacks whenever he's put in.
Merry Christmas my beautiful family of five! I love you!

cute pictures! I am glad you came down and spent it with us again. There is nothing like having family around for the holidays. I am also glad the kids loved their gift.
Ok, I had to post some of the same pictures. Well we're excited to come see you next week. Tell John he better get his golf game on, and no one better get sick.
