Ahhh...summer! Could it really be on it's way? I hope so. The kid's are finally out of school and there's a new rule at our house...no video games or TV while the sun's out. So happy that John is on board with this one. We'll see how long it lasts. The sun just doesn't seem to be sticking around too much lately so we have to enjoy it while it's out.
This past weekend John's sister, her husband and kid's, and his mom came to visit. It was great. We took the kids swimming at our friend's home (they ROCK!) for a few hours and had a blast. They don't have a heated pool so it was a bit cold but they didn't seem to care...except Kekoa of course. Wyatt bided his time with him and slowly got him into the water.

All Kekoa wanted was Yvette's camera lense cover. He wasn't too happy when I took it away from him becasue he ws slobbering all over it.

Te'alani had been up for the past 2 nights coughing up a lung so she was really tired and didn't swim too much. She just took my lounge chair and sunglasses and soaked up some sun.
Te'alani pushed Wyatt into the water so he exacted his revenge.
Kekoa loved this little green chair...and his big belly! Not sure if you can tell but he's got a little afro mohawk goin' on and that was NOT cut by me. It has grown in that way and it is soooo adorable.

I could have sat in that white swing all day and enjoyed the sun. But, like usual, reality sets in and there are things to be done.

How fun is that! What handsome nephews and beautiful nieces I have! That pool looks so nice and makes me want to go swimming.
Awww...Kekoa is so cute. I can't believe he's walking so early. How do you get so lucky?
Usually we are enjoying a warm pool at this point, but this cold weather is not helping that out! Looks like you had fun. I love those swings so much.
